Delete Your Account & Data

This page describes how you can request deletion of your CINERIOS account and the personal data tied to it. CINERIOS is a digital media and technology product owned and operated by ELSE GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

References to “CINERIOS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” on this page mean ELSE GROUP LLC. You can submit a deletion request yourself using either option below — whichever is more convenient for you.

If you have the CINERIOS app installed and can sign in, you can delete your account directly from within the app. Open the app and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Once you confirm, deletion is permanent and your account and associated data cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your CINERIOS account to hello@cinerios.com with the subject line “Delete my account.”

We will verify your identity (to protect your account from unauthorized deletion) and then process your request. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.

When your deletion request is completed, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

A limited amount of data may be retained after account deletion, only where we are required or permitted to keep it for:

• Legal compliance — records we are required by law to keep.
• Tax and financial records — transaction and billing records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Fraud prevention and security — data needed to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
• Dispute resolution — information needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Where we retain data, we keep it only as long as necessary for the purpose above: billing and tax records are retained for 7 years; other limited records are kept only for the period required by applicable law or to resolve an active dispute, after which they are deleted. Residual copies in secure backups are purged within 90 days. We may also keep anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you; such data is not personal data and is not subject to deletion.

Once your account and associated data have been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your account. If you requested deletion by email, the confirmation will be sent in reply to your request.
