Community Guidelines

CINERIOS is built by its community. You submit the ideas, you vote for the films you want made, and every week the winners premiere. These guidelines keep that shared stage fair, safe, and open to everyone.

1. Welcome to the CINERIOS Community

CINERIOS is a creative platform where members submit ideas and prompts that drive AI film and television production, the community votes on what gets made, and the winning projects premiere each week. CINERIOS is operated by ELSE GROUP LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States (“CINERIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Community Guidelines govern the ideas and prompts you submit, how you vote and rank submissions, and how you interact with other members across the CINERIOS streaming platform and studio. They apply to everyone who uses CINERIOS, anywhere in the world. CINERIOS is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

These guidelines work alongside, and do not replace, our Content & Prohibited Use Policy, our Terms of Service, and our other published policies. Where the Content Policy defines what content is and is not permitted, these guidelines explain how you are expected to behave as a member of the community. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

2. Submission Standards

Every CINERIOS project begins with an idea or prompt submitted by a member. Strong submissions give the community something worth voting for and give our production pipeline something worth making.

What makes a strong submission

All submissions must comply with our Content & Prohibited Use Policy. Among other things, submissions must not request or attempt to generate content that is illegal, that sexualizes minors, that promotes terrorism or serious violence, that constitutes hate or harassment against protected groups, that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is designed to deceive or defraud. The Content Policy is the controlling reference for what is and is not allowed.

Prohibited submissions are removed. Submissions that violate these guidelines or the Content Policy may be blocked before production, removed from voting, de-listed from the platform, or refused entirely, and repeated or serious violations may affect your account under Section 7.

3. Prompt & Content Screening

Because submissions drive automated production, we screen at two points to keep prohibited material off the platform.

Screening is not perfect, and the fact that a submission passed initial screening does not mean it is approved or endorsed. We may re-review, block, or remove any submission or output at any stage if we identify a violation. Attempts to evade, manipulate, or “jailbreak” these safeguards are themselves a violation of these guidelines.

All AI-generated content on CINERIOS is labeled as such in line with our AI Disclosure.

4. Voting Integrity

Voting decides which projects get produced and premiered, so the integrity of the vote is essential. Votes must reflect the genuine preferences of real, individual members.

Strictly prohibited

Consequences for manipulation. When we detect vote manipulation, we may discard affected votes, correct or reset rankings, disqualify the submission involved, and take action against the accounts responsible under the enforcement ladder in Section 7, up to and including a permanent ban. Serious or coordinated manipulation may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

5. Respecting Others

CINERIOS is a shared creative space. Treat other members the way you would want to be treated. The following conduct toward other users is not allowed:

Creative disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks are not. You are responsible for how you treat others on the platform.

6. Reporting Content or Users

If you see a submission, a generated work, a comment, or a member that you believe violates these guidelines or our Content Policy, please tell us. Reporting helps keep the community safe for everyone.

How to report

We review reports and take appropriate action. Do not abuse the reporting tools by filing false or bad-faith reports — doing so is itself a violation of these guidelines.

7. Enforcement Ladder

When a member breaks these guidelines, we respond in a way that is proportional to the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation. In most cases we escalate through the following steps:

  1. Warning. A notice explaining what went wrong and what needs to change.
  2. Content removal. Removing, withholding, or de-listing the offending submission, output, vote, or comment.
  3. Temporary suspension. Limiting or pausing some or all of your access to CINERIOS for a defined period.
  4. Permanent ban. Terminating your account and removing your access to the platform.

We do not always proceed step by step. Serious violations — such as illegal content, child sexual abuse material, credible threats, or coordinated abuse — may result in immediate removal, suspension, or a permanent ban without prior warning, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We aim to apply enforcement consistently and to explain our decisions, as described in Section 8.

8. Notice & Action and Appeals

EU Digital Services Act

CINERIOS launches globally, and we apply the protections below to all of our members, including users in the European Union, as a committed practice under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

Anyone can notify us

Any person or organization can notify us of content they consider to be illegal or to violate our policies, whether or not they hold a CINERIOS account. Use the in-app report tools or email report@cinerios.com with a link or identifier for the content, an explanation of why you believe it is illegal or violating, and (where you wish to receive a response) your contact details. We handle valid notices in a timely, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner.

Statement of reasons

When we restrict, remove, disable, or de-list content, or when we suspend or terminate an account, we provide the affected member with a clear statement of reasons. It explains what action we took, the ground for the action (including the specific guideline, policy provision, or legal basis relied on), the facts and circumstances we considered, whether automated tools were used in the decision, and how to appeal.

Right to appeal

If you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal. Submit your appeal through the in-app tools or by replying to the statement of reasons, or by emailing report@cinerios.com within the time period stated in our notice. Appeals are reviewed by our team, and decisions are not made solely by automated means. Where you remain dissatisfied, you may have the right to refer the dispute to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or to a competent authority or court, in accordance with applicable law. Using our internal appeals process does not waive any other legal remedies available to you.

Point of contact

We maintain a single point of contact for matters relating to content moderation, notices, and these guidelines. Users and authorities may reach this point of contact in English at report@cinerios.com.
